This class is designed for Food Service Managers, Directors, Chefs, Kitchen Managers, Dietitians, Dietary Managers and all foodservice staff. The course agenda covers topics such as Potentially Hazardous Foods, Food Handling, Personal Hygiene, HACCP, Cleaning and Sanitizing, Pest Control, and Food Safety Regulations and Standards.
About the Class:
The Food Protection Course for ServSafe Certification is a course that provides you and your staff with an in depth knowledge of basic sanitation principles and ways to apply these principles in practical operational situations. This course provides participant-focused activities, hands-on exercises, videos and case studies that reinforce the key messages in food protection.
- Our Certified Food Safety Instructor is credentialed with a MPH, Masters in Public Health and a CFSP, Certified Food Safety Professional.
