Blood Oranges
Add to soufflés, sherbets, and ice cream or make a tasty marmalade. Colorful slices of this decorative orange make an attractive edible garnish for almost anything. Use chunks or slices instead of lemon or lime to accent chilled beverages.

Vidalia Onions
When grown in the area of Vidalia, Georgia, the soil and climate matures this onion into a gourmet's onion delight.  Add their mild sweet flavor to salads, sandwiches or add to casseroles, soups, stews and stir-fries.

Tahoe Gold Mandarin
This mandarin produces a large, slightly flattened piece of fruit that has an attractive dark orange thin rind. The flavor is rich and sweet and the flesh is bright orange, finely textured and seedless. Whether you peel one of these to eat fresh or add it to your green salads, the Tahoe Gold is sure to become one of your new favorites.

Fava Beans
Quite sophisticated and considered a culinary favorite. The fabulous fava bean should be savored all by itself or with limited, and only the finest, ingredients. Gently stew in cream, butter, or oil; season with savory, sage or thyme.

Yuca Root
The bright white flesh of this root vegetable is dense with a tapioca-like texture when cooked. It is very starchy and turns translucent when cooked. Try adding to soups and stews.

Morel Mushrooms
Releasing a sweet earthy fragrance, morels offer a pleasing texture that is both crisp and chewy. Stuff its hollow body with savory filling and bake or steam or add its addicting flavor to omelets and quiches.

Meyer Lemon
The Meyer Lemon is a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. It has a lighter, sweeter flavor than the more common lemon. Dessert and pastry chefs especially love this unique lemon for its extra rich flavor and dark yellow juice.

Mirepoix For Roast
This mirepoix consists of 1" diced Spanish Onion, Celery and Carrot. Use as a base for sauces or to enhance the flavor of meat.
