to your menu. Our onsite research and development kitchen is available for
chefs to test products and has proven to be great resource in creating innovative
and cost effective menu items.
Our service and operational systems are designed with the chef in mind. Convenient

Meet The ChefCentral Team
Dave Lamb - Sales Operations Director
Dave has been with Costa since 1971, serving as Selector, Night Manager, Day Manager, Operations Manager, and Transportation
Manager. Moving to the Sales Department in 1984, he became Sales Manager then Director of Sales for Team Fresh handling Chain
Restaurants, Hotels, College & Universities, B&I Accounts, as well as the Cruise Ship trade until his appointment to head the Chef Central team in January.
Chuck Leonardo - Account Manager and Corporate Chef
Chuck joins Costa after serving many years as a Boston-area Chef, Foodservice Director and recently, five years in the meat industry.
Chuck is a long-standing member of the American Culinary Federation, Past President and Chef of the Year for the Epicurean Club
of Boston and a member of the Les Amis d’ Escoffier Society.
Tara Aaron - Chef Central Team Manager
Tara joined the ChefCentral team in April of 2006. She brings several years of culinary experience to chef central and is responsible for all customer service and daily operations within the team.
Karl Ronhave - Distributor Sales Representative
Karl has joined the Chef Central Team as a Distributor Sales Representative for Chef Central's New Hampshire seacoast and
Maine territories.
Karl joins Costa after serving many years in the food industry. His work history includes,
General Manager and Executive Chef.
Rick Gordon - Distributor Sales Representative
Rick brings, over fifteen years of outside sales experience to Chef Central. Rick's work history includes, Director of Key Accounts, National Sales Manager and Director of Purchasing.
Yolanda Hernandez - Customer Service Representative
Yolanda brings over four years of culinary experience to Chef Central and is responsible for customer service and daily operations within the Chef Central Team.
Lynne Cushing - Inside Sales Representative
Lynne has many years experience within the food industry, where she was previously employed as a Marketing and Sales Representative. She will be responsible for customer service and daily operations within the team.
Sarah Delisio-Downs - Customer Service Representative
Sarah joined the ChefCentral team in May of 2008, she began her career in produce distribution as a delivery driver. Sarah was also a co-owner of a restaurant and has also worked as a sales and marketing representative. She will be responsible for customer service and daily operations within the team.
Mario Barbosa - Account Sales Representative
Mario joined the ChefCentral team in November of 2009. Mario joins Costa after serving many years in the food industry. His work history includes,
Account managment and Garde Mange Chef. Mario will play a key role in managing our hotel and fine dining establishments.
George Merson - Distributor Sales Representative
George joined the ChefCentral team in October of 2009. George has served many years in the food industry and his work history includes Sous Chef and Executive Chef. He also attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
Brian McInerney - Customer Service Representative
Brian joined the ChefCentral team in March of 2010. He brings several years of experience in customer service and technical support to ChefCentral and is responsible for customer service and daily operations within the team.
Richard Sullivan - Distributor Sales Representative
Dick joined the ChefCentral team in June of 2010. He joins Costa after serving more than 30 years in the food industry, where for the last 26 years he has worked exclusively as a Sales Representative.
