This Gouda rivals any made in the netherlands. It has the same mild taste, creamy texture and small bubbly eyes. Made from their own Holstein Cow's milk and because it is raw milk, the cheese is aged sixty days as a self-pasteurization, further developing its flavors. An excellent dessert cheese, it is also great for cooking and melts beautifully.
